Do I have your permission to text you at [phone number]?” The representative records the contact’s verbal yes before any SMS is sent and logs the consent with date and time in our CRM.
Written Opt-In Disclosure (booking form): By checking the SMS opt-in box and providing my phone number, I agree to receive SMS messages (appointment confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates) from Vanta Digital Marketing. What contacts receive: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and scheduling updates or related follow-ups. Sample message: “Hi {First Name}, this is Vanta Digital Marketing. Your strategy call is confirmed for {Date} at {Time}. We’ll send a reminder beforehand. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
